(EL PASO COUNTY, Colo.) — Starting Monday, June 3 there will be a full closure of Curtis Road.
El Paso County will begin construction on the first Monday of June to replace the deck on the Curtis Road Bridge on Curtis Road between Davis Road and Jones Road. The project is expected to be completed in six weeks, weather permitting.
Detours will be set through HWY 94, Slocum Road, and Jones Road.
El Paso County wants motorists to remember to reduce speed in work zones and watch for workers, equipment, signs, and barricades.
