(COLORADO SPRINGS) — The critically acclaimed Dr. Taco is in Colorado Springs, bringing their iconic tacos to the plates of hungry fans.

Dr. Taco was started in 2003 in Playa del Carmen, Mexico, by Dr. Carlo Nicastro and his wife, Cecilia. They both believed there was a need to provide authentic Mexican food, while at the same time offering their customers an unforgettable culinary experience.

The food truck offers plenty of different taco options, including shrimp stuffed pepper, shrimp, fish, chicken, and carne asada. There is also a vegetarian option.
