(EL PASO COUNTY, Colo.) — The El Paso County Sheriff’s Office (EPSO) is asking the public to help locate a 41-year-old man who has been missing since December.
Rueben Matthews, 41, was last seen leaving his home, located in the 4300 block of McGrew Circle near South Academy Boulevard on Dec. 14, 2024. According to EPSO, Matthews left following a domestic dispute related to a relationship ending and has not been seen or heard from since.
Matthews is described as Black, with black hair and brown eyes. He stands at 5’8” and weighs 160 pounds.
“Mr. Matthews has a history of not contacting his family for one to two months, but the current length of time is highly unusual,” EPSO said.
