(EL PASO COUNTY, Colo.) — The El Paso County Sheriff’s Office (EPSO) is asking the community for information after shots were fired in Stratmoor off Highway 85/87 on Thursday afternoon, July 24.

EPSO reported that the shots were fired in the 4100 block of Hwy 85/87, just north of South Academy Boulevard.

EPSO said while no one was injured, the incident is actively being investigated. EPSO is asking the community for any tips or information relevant to the shooting, which can be reported to the sheriff’s office by calling (719) 520-7777.
