(EL PASO COUNTY, Colo.) — The El Paso County Sheriff’s Office (EPSO) said a driver was recently ticketed on Judge Orr Road for driving 70 mph over the speed limit.
EPSO said deputies clocked a driver going 125 mph on Judge Orr Rd, which is a 55 mph zone. When asked, the person told deputies they were just headed home.

According to EPSO, the driver earned a mandatory court appearance along with fees, a 20-point ticket, and a hike in their insurance rates.
“Come on, folks- do better! 125 mph isn’t just dangerous for the driver- it’s dangerous for everyone on the road!” wrote EPSO.
