Farm for sale offers ‘most fertile soil’ in whole state

(KIOWA COUNTY, Colo.) — Ready to live out on a farm? LIV Sotheby’s International has listed 4,000 acres in East Colorado that have been dubbed the current largest contiguous farm on the market in the whole state.

Located at TBD County Road 30, the continuous farm known as East Farm in Kiowa County sits 10 miles east of Haswell and 10 miles west of Eads. The farm has a high wheat production with some of the most fertile soil in the state, according to Sotheby’s.

This one-of-a-kind farm is also only 3,400 feet from the border of Colorado and Kansas.

The farm is also a part of the Landowner Preference Program, which allows the property to receive Pronghorn Antelope tags. The 4,000-acre farm is going for $5,250,000 and is currently available.
