FBI agents at Evraz Plant for “court-authorized” activity

(PUEBLO, Colo.) — Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) agents were at the EVRAZ Plant on Wednesday, July 10 for what they called “court-authorized law enforcement activity.”

FBI did not elaborate to FOX21 what the activity was about. In a statement, EVRAZ said the FBI was at several of its facilities in North America and company officials fully cooperated with all requests made at that time and will continue to cooperate.

“While we cannot comment on any pending or ongoing legal matter, our operations and production schedule have not been affected.  We continue to operate our business as usual,” said a spokesperson from EVRAZ North America.
