TELLER COUNTY, Colo. — The all clear has been given after a fire broke out at the Newmont Cripple Creek and Victor Mine Thursday morning.
Details are limited but the Teller County Sheriff’s Office posted pictures of the fire on what appears to be a conveyor belt.
Smoke was seen pouring from the Newmont Cripple Creek and Victor Mine
Several first responders, including at least one ambulance, were called to the scene.
