COLORADO SPRINGS — Colorado Springs Fire Department (CSFD) reported a fast moving grass fire near Fountain Creek off of East Las Vegas Street just after 1:30 p.m. Friday.

CSFD said several units were responding to knock down the fire.

As of 2:55 p.m. there is no word on containment or acreage.
