(TELLER COUNTY, Colo.) — A fire chief with the Four Mile Fire Protection District based out of Florissant has been arrested and is facing numerous charges, according to Colorado Courts (CO Courts).
Court documents reveal that Fire Chief Chris Hawkins was arrested by the Teller County Sheriff’s Office (TCSO) and charged with Domestic Violence, Harassment, and other misdemeanors.
Hawkins posted bond on April 1, and is scheduled to appear in Teller County District Court on April 22. He has been employed by the Four Mile Fire Protection District since February of 2022.
FOX21 News reached out to TCSO, which said it could not provide any information as this in an ongoing investigation.
