(COLORADO SPRINGS) — The Colorado Springs Police Department (CSPD) said in late February that an investigation was opened into a former athletic director for Colorado Springs School District 11 (D11).

CSPD said police are investigating allegations made against Chris Noll, accusing him of sexual assault of a child by a person in a position of trust. The investigation remains open.

Noll is a former Athletic Director for D11. D11 provided FOX21 with the following statement.

I can confirm that Christopher Noll is no longer an employee of the District. As a matter of policy, Colorado Springs School District 11 does not comment on personnel matters or ongoing investigations in any situation.
