Fountain man arrested on charges of child exploitation

(FOUNTAIN, Colo.) — The Fountain Police Department (FPD) has arrested a man in connection to a child sexual exploitation investigation.

According to FPD, around 10 a.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 26, detectives arrested 30-year-old Nicholas Loyer following an investigation into sexual exploitation of children.

Loyer was booked into the El Paso County Criminal Justice Center on multiple charges of sexual exploitation of children and distributing exploitative material. He is being held without bond.
