(FOUNTAIN, Colo.) — The Fountain Police Department (FPD) said officers are on the scene of a crash involving a pedestrian on Main Street in the evening hours of Tuesday, Sept. 30.

According to FPD, on Tuesday, at around 7:30 p.m., officers were on the scene of a crash at the intersection of Highway 85 and Main Street. FPD said the crash involved a pedestrian and a motorcycle.

All southbound lanes of Highway 85 are shut down while police investigate the crash. Drivers are asked to seek alternate routes.
