(COLORADO SPRINGS) — Ready to grill and eat? Aiki Japanese BBQ offers brand new flavors and an all-you-can-eat concept: the perfect hot spot for a day out on the town.
FOX21’s Foodie Finds recently got a look at the restaurant after its grand opening. The newest menu offers its most recent concept and dishes, including sizzling yakiniku, wagyu meats, and in-house sauces.
“It’s a new chapter for Aiki Japanese BBQ, we have smokeless grills for you guys and an all-you-can-eat menu that includes appetizers, barbecue, sushi, and ramen,” said Vickie with Aiki Japanese BBQ.
The unique menu offers different cuts of meat, including wagyu, spicy pork, spicy chicken, and special seafood such as miso octopus and garlic shrimp. The all-you-can-eat menu also includes veggies in addition to the array of meats, sushi, ramen, and other side dishes.
While other Japanese BBQ places have smoking grills, Aiki’s grills have no visible fire or smoke coming out of them, making it a family-friendly concept for those who are looking to get a hearty meal and experience.
“That way you don’t leave here smelling like your food,” said Vickie.
For those who want to try the food but do not want the experience, Aiki Japanese BBQ also offers sushi rolls, steaming bowls of ramen, savory miso soup, and teriyaki bowls.
Aiki Japanese BBQ is open seven days a week, from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., 4:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. from Monday to Saturday and noon to 8:30 p.m. on Sundays.
