Get your grub on and support local with Pueblo food trucks

(PUEBLO, Colo.) — You may have scrolled through their Facebook page or heard about them through the grapevine, but The Steel City Food Truckers are ‘truckin’ along again in 2024 and bringing local food options to the forefront.

According to the Facebook page, each week four to five food trucks will gather at two locations in Pueblo, and updates about which food trucks will appear where will be posted to social media.

Wendy Kolbe, Owner of Nana’s Barbecue spoke to FOX21 News on Monday, May 20, and said people can find the various food trucks at the below locations and times:

Lake Minnequa Veteran’s Memorial Park & Open Space

Address: 3005 Lakeshore Drive, Pueblo, CO 81004

Day/Hours: Fridays from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Mineral Palace Park

Address: 1500-2100 N. Sante Fe Drive, Pueblo, CO 81003

Day/Hours: Sundays from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Kolbe said over Memorial Day weekend, a lot of the food truck owners will not be on-site Friday, May 24 due to catering obligations, but that a few food trucks would make it out on Sunday, May 26.
