(COLORADO SPRINGS) — The Colorado Springs Fire Department (CSFD) responded to a fuel spill that closed the fuel station at the Sam’s Club on East Woodmen Road on Monday, April 28.
According to CSFD, crews responded to the fuel station shortly after 2 p.m. on Monday to mitigate a fuel spill. Hazmat teams responded and were able to intervene before any fuel entered the water supply.

CSFD said the Sam’s Club warehouse remains open, however the fuel station is closed pending cleanup.
