(COLORADO SPRINGS) — The Colorado Springs Fire Department (CSFD) said multiple crews are at the scene of a hit gas line which has closed Bradley Road in all directions east of Marksheffel Road.

CSFD posted to X (formally known as Twitter) a little after 9:15 a.m. on Wednesday, July 17 that multiple CSFD crews were on the scene of a hit gas line.

CSFD said Bradley Road is closed in all directions at Horizonview Drive just east of Marksheffel Road in southeast Colorado Springs and for drivers to plan alternate routes.

According to CSFD, a construction company reported they were excavating and hit the gas line.
