(PUEBLO WEST, Colo.) — Detectives with the Pueblo County Sheriff’s Office (PCSO) discovered approximately 74 marijuana plants on Thursday, Feb. 1 after a tip from a community member.
In a press release, PCSO said the tip led detectives to a commercial building northeast of Highway 50 and McCulloch Boulevard in Pueblo West, where approximately 74 plants worth an estimated $51,800 were found in a portion of the building.
PCSO said detectives obtained a search warrant for the property at 275 East Industrial Boulevard, suites 1 and 2, and discovered the grow operation. PCSO said there is currently not a business operating out of this location, and another business operating out of the complex is not connected to the illegal operation. No arrests have been made.

PCSO said Pueblo Regional Building responded and condemned suites 1 and 2 due to extensive alterations made to the electrical system. No other businesses in the complex will be impacted by the condemnation of suites 1 and 2, PCSO said.
