EL PASO COUNTY, Colo. — Property tax bills have been mailed out in El Paso County. El Paso County Treasurer Gina Trivalli joined FOX21 Morning News on Tuesday to explain what residents in the county need to know before the due date.

One of the main functions of the Treasurer’s Office is the collection of Ad Valorem taxes, which are taxes based on the value of property set by the Assessor (real estate, mobile homes, business and personal property).
