Injuries reported after shuttle bus rolls on its side in crash near Denver airport

DENVER (KDVR) — Police are on the scene of a crash involving a shuttle bus near the Denver International Airport on Tuesday morning.

A spokesperson for the Denver Police Department told FOX31 that officers responded to the crash at the intersection of Jackson Gap Street and 71st Avenue at 9:49 a.m.

The Denver International Airport said in a post on X that an off-site parking shuttle bus had rolled on its side. The airport said five people were transported, but police did not have any information about injuries.

A viewer sent FOX31 a photo of the crash, showing the bus rolled on its side as well as another damaged vehicle and emergency crews on the scene.

The airport asked the public to avoid the area.

No further information was immediately available, and the police department said it will provide updates if there are any serious injuries.
