The expansion comes with a capital investment of $7,050,000.

“Colorado and Colorado Springs are aligned with ITS in our vision of attracting top talent to the region for the aerospace, defense, and technology sectors. Additionally, they are committed alongside us in developing and sustaining a comprehensive environment that will support us and companies like ours as we continue to push capability boundaries and innovate as valued members of the defense industrial base. We are excited about our decision to scale our operations and workforce here in Colorado Springs, further deepening our roots in a city that aligns perfectly with our mission, culture, and vision for the future,” said Hassan Campbell, President & CEO of ITS, LLC.

The Colorado Economic Development Commission approved up to $4,901,635 in a performance-based Job Growth Incentive Tax Credit for the new company over an eight-year period.
