DENVER (KDVR) — A wildfire burning in northern Colorado west of Loveland remains at 5,080 acres with 0% containment on Wednesday.
The fire, known as the Alexander Mountain Fire, began shortly before noon on Monday in the mountains west of Sylvan Dale Ranch.
As of Wednesday, several road closures and mandatory evacuations are in place. The following map shows the mandatory evacuations in place for several areas including CR18E from Pole Hill to Pinewood Reservoir and Drake to Dam Store along Highway 34 including Storm Mountain and Palisade Mountain.
