(PALMER LAKE, Colo.) — A Monument artist has been commissioned to build a new troll for Colorado, and it will even live under a bridge.

Jodie Bliss from Monument has been asked to build a troll for the town of Palmer Lake. The goal is to place the creation under the footbridge that connects the town side of the lake over the train tracks to the lakeside.
