(COLORADO SPRINGS) — Nationwide® announced the results of the Wacky Pet Names campaign, and a Colorado Springs local was one of the winners.
Nationwide® said each year it recognizes the most unique and clever names among its roster of newly enrolled pets. The top 10 wackiest dog, cat, and exotic pet names were put to a public vote from April 15 to April 19.
A winner was chosen from each category: American Cheese won in the dog category, Wendy’s 4 for $4 won in the cat category, and Colorado Springs local Ferret Bueller won in the exotic category.
The winners will each get a professional photo shoot with their pet and a Purr & Mutt gift card.
