(PUEBLO, Colo.) — If you’re looking for a delicious lunch and dinner crafted by a Pueblo local, Shah’s The American Gyro is just the spot.

What started as a food truck in 2016 has since expanded to two brick-and-mortar locations in Pueblo. The original location can be found at 940 Eagleridge Boulevard, while the new location is located at 130 South Tiffany Drive in Pueblo West.

“It’s cool… sometimes it doesn’t seem real; I now have two kids, a wife, two restaurants, and it all kind of just happened,” said Andrew Shah, Owner of Shah’s The American Gyro, “but it’s cool… I love Pueblo. I have always loved Pueblo.”

With a vast menu based on Greek-American fusion, expect gyros, falafels, house-made shawarma, and smash burgers.
