(COLORADO SPRINGS) — The Colorado Springs Police Department (CSPD) said Marksheffel Road near Drennan Road was closed due to a crash in the early morning hours of Wednesday, Feb. 28.

CSPD posted to social media at around 6:20 a.m. on Thursday that Marksheffel Rd. was blocked in both directions near Drennan Rd. due to a crash.

CSPD is asking the public to avoid the area and drive safely.
