COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. — One person has been taken to a hospital by ambulance after a car and motorcycle collided Saturday morning.

It happened at the intersection of Kelly Johnson Boulevard/Voyager Parkway and North Academy Boulevard around 11:50 a.m. Saturday.

Information is limited but police say at least two lanes of Academy Boulevard have been blocked.

Drivers are encouraged to avoid the area.
