(COLORADO SPRINGS) — Mountain Metropolitan Transit (MMT) has delayed bus service until 10 a.m. on Friday, Nov. 8 due to inclement weather, and warns if conditions worsen, bus service may be cancelled altogether.
The delay comes after MMT stopped service at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, citing conditions that were “too difficult” for the busses to navigate.
Snow has continued to fall on Thursday with the heaviest snow predicted overnight into Friday. MMT will monitor conditions, and if they continue to worsen, bus service will be cancelled again on Friday.
The delay applies to both bus service and Metro Mobility ADA Paratransit service.
