(COLORADO SPRINGS) — Nana’s Dim Sum & Dumplings opened its new location in Colorado Springs this week, offering a taste of tradition with a modern twist. The restaurant also donated all proceeds from the grand opening on Tuesday, July 29, to the local chapter of Special Olympics Colorado.
Owners said that with the surge of interest in authentic Asian cuisine and the growing diversity of the Front Range, Nana’s expansion to Colorado Springs reflects our state’s evolving culinary scene.
“We’re excited to bring it, because Nana’s is actually a real Nana; it is Kelly, one of the owners’ grandmother, and it’s her recipes, so it’s really special because sometimes those recipes get lost,” said Esther Kang, Director of Marketing at Nana’s Dim Sum & Dumplings.
The restaurant is located at 1895 Democracy Point, Suite 102, and more about its hours and offerings can be found here.
