(COLORADO SPRINGS) — The Pikes Peak Regional Building Department (PPRBD) said that a new Bank of America is going to be built near the Citadel Mall. According to photos posted by PPRBD, the $4 million project will be on the eastern side of the mall near Citadel Drive East.
