CHAFFEE COUNTY, Colo.– The Honorable Patrick Murphy, Chief Judge of the 11th Judicial District, has recused from the Chaffee County case of the People v. Barry Lee Morphew.

The Honorable Ramsey L. Lama has been appointed in his place.

Barry Morphew will appear before this new judge for the first time on January 24.
