(COLORADO) — Houses for Warriors, a non-profit dedicated to serving veterans, and Colorado store Specialty Appliances are joining forces to provide veterans with free appliances.
The initiative aims to ensure veterans have access to essential household items and to help them transition to a stable, fulfilling life.
The collaboration provides free brand-new appliances with minor defects to veterans in need, some household essentials that previous service members may be able to receive include appliances like refrigerators, washers, and dryers.
For eligibility requirements, veterans must provide their DD214 form as proof of military service, and apply online. For more information about location and additional requirements, visit the Houses for Warriors website.
