(COLORADO SPRINGS) — One person has been taken to the hospital with serious injuries after a motorcycle-involved crash on North Nevada Avenue west of UCCS.

According to the Colorado Springs Fire Department (CSFD), crews were responding to a crash involving a car and a motorcycle just before 10 p.m. on Monday, March 11 at the intersection of Nevada Avenue and Winters Drive, south of Austin Bluffs Parkway.

CSFD said southbound lanes of Nevada are blocked by first responders, and asked drivers to avoid the area.
