(COLORADO SPRINGS) — The Colorado Springs Fire Department (CSFD) reported a crash on Monday afternoon, July 15 involving a truck and a motorcycle on Uintah Street.

According to CSFD, firefighters were on the scene just before 1:50 p.m. Monday at Uintah and 20th Streets. Crews said that an individual was trapped in the truck, and fire crews were working to get them out.

Fire crews are asking drivers to avoid the area as several CSFD crews are on the scene.

The Colorado Springs Police Department (CSPD) posted just after 2 p.m. that its public information officer was in route to the area.
