(FLORENCE, Colo.) — Black Hills Energy is reporting that nearly half of its customers are without power in the evening hours of Wednesday, Dec. 17. According to Black Hills Energy’s outage map, 1,438 customers are affected by outages in the area, while 2,999 customers in total are served in the area.
