(COLORADO SPRINGS) — TeKnowledge, a company that provides technology services for AI, Cybersecurity, and other digital programs, informed 324 employees in Colorado Springs of impending layoffs on Friday, Aug. 29, according to the Colorado Department of Labor and Employment.
“In response to changing client demand, significant changes in the global technology landscape, economic conditions, and industry structure, TeKnowledge… has made the difficult decision to substantially reduce its operations and workforce at the Colorado Springs facility,” stated a letter from the company’s Human Resources department to the State of Colorado Dislocated Worker Unit.
TeKnowledge, which has offices in multiple locations across the globe, listed 24 job titles of employees who would be laid off between October 30 and December 30, with various tech support roles receiving the highest number of layoffs.
