(COLORADO SPRINGS) — The Parks, Recreation, and Cultural Services (PRCS) is now accepting submissions for the 12th edition of the Discover COS calendar.

PRCS said the annual calendar shows off the natural beauty of Colorado Springs’s parks, trails, and open spaces. The theme for the 2025 Discover COS calendar will be “Places less traveled” PRCS is looking for pictures that highlight community recreation and hidden gems across the city including rarely-featured parks, less-traveled trails, and powerful recreation areas.

Submissions are being accepted until Friday, Sept. 6 at 5 p.m. Winners will be announced at an awards ceremony in October. Photos can be submitted by email at [email protected] or mailed to 1401 Recreation Way.
