(COLORADO SPRINGS) — The Colorado Springs Police Department (CSPD) is asking for the public’s assistance in finding a suspect related to a homicide that occurred back in August.
According to CSPD, on Aug. 7 at around 7 a.m. police got an unknown call for served in the 6400 block of Caddy Point near North Carefree Circle and Peterson Road. When police arrived they found a woman dead with at least one stab wound.
On Aug. 12, the El Paso County Coroner’s Office conducted an autopsy and identified the woman as 54-year-old Haleh Abghari. While the coroner’s office will determine the cause and manner of death, police are investigating the death as a homicide.

During CSPD’s investigation, detectives developed probable cause for the arrest of a suspect identified as 53-year-old Ceasar Lorenzo Wilson. Police are looking for Wilson and an arrest warrant for second-degree has been issued.
