Popular antique collectible TV show coming to Colorado this spring

DENVER (KDVR) — From flea market finds to family heirlooms, a popular TV series searches for the best antiques around the country.

The nationwide treasure hunt begins again in the spring, and for Season 29, the show’s coming to Colorado.

Antiques Roadshow” is a 21-time Emmy-nominated show that sorts through attendees’ collectibles in five different cities. At each show, experts from the country’s leading auction houses and independent dealers will evaluate attendees’ antiques.

This season, one of the stops will be in Littleton.

“We can’t predict the items that will make their way to ROADSHOW each Tour,” executive producer Marsha Bemko said in a press release. “It’s that magic mix of serendipity and personal stories, with a little history thrown in, that makes each must-watch season and keeps fans craving more. I am thrilled for the show to visit Littleton for the first time and can’t wait to see what local treasures await!” 

The series comes to Littleton on May 29, 2024. While the official location hasn’t been announced yet, the roadshow said it will be a “distinctive and historic” venue.

The 2024 Antiques Roadshow Sweepstakes opens on Monday, Jan. 29. To enter for a free pair of tickets to a 2024 Roadshow event, go to PBS’ website. The deadline for entries is Monday, March 18.

The series is also traveling to Las Vegas; Bentonville, Arkansas; Urbandale, Iowa and Baltimore, Maryland.

The show will air in 2025.
