(PUEBLO, Colo.) — The Pueblo Police Department (PPD) is hoping someone in the community knows something about a crash that left a pedestrian dead on Saturday, March 16.
According to PPD, around 4 p.m. on March 16, officers responded to the 1000 block of North Troy Avenue on reports of a person lying in the road.
PPD said the investigation revealed that the pedestrian, a man, had been walking across the street in the middle of the block when he was hit by an unknown car. The man was declared dead on scene. Neither the car nor the driver have been found.
Police are asking for the community’s help, and urge anyone who may have witnessed the crash or who may have information related to the crash investigation to contact Corporal Timme at (719) 553-2423.
