(COLORADO SPRINGS) — The Colorado Springs Police Department (CSPD) is asking the public to help identify a suspect involved in a robbery on Feb. 7, at approximately 3:40 p.m. on the Springs’ west side.

According to CSPD, officers responded to the Safeway off Centennial Boulevard and Garden of the Gods for a call regarding a purse snatching. The victim, an elderly woman, was walking into the store when a man grabbed her purse off her arm, dragging her to the ground. The below video shows the incident from security cameras:

The man then left on a bicycle, CSPD said. In the surveillance video, the man is seen speaking with a woman who may have been a witness, and CSPD also wants help identifying her.
