Pueblo D60 to host Town Hall with Superintendent

(PUEBLO, Colo.) — Pueblo School District 60 (D60) is partnering with the Latino Chamber of Commerce to host a Town Hall with the Superintendant on Wednesday, Jan. 29, in which Superintendent Dr. Barbara Kimzey will provide an update on Pueblo School District 60 and answer questions.

The town hall, which takes place from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Pueblo East High School in the Commons area, will be an opportunity for the public to learn about the current state of the district and offer suggestions on how to improve daily attendance, support students and staff, and attract new students from across the region.

“We are working to make D60 a destination district, and we need the community’s help to make this vision a reality,” said Superintendent Kimzey. “It’s important for the community to be involved and understand how they can contribute to the district’s future success.”

The event is free and open to the public, though registration beforehand is required. The community will have the opportunity to submit questions before the event and ask questions during the meeting. To submit questions, click here.
