Pueblo Mayor to address crime with law enforcement

(PUEBLO, Colo.) — Pueblo Mayor Heather Graham will be joined on Tuesday, April 23 by the Pueblo Police Department’s (PPD) Chief of Police and the Special Agent in charge of the FBI’s Denver Field Office to address recent homicides and gun violence in the community.

The press conference will take place on Tuesday, April 23 at 9 a.m. at Memorial Hall in Pueblo. PPD’s Chief Chris Noeller and Special Agent Mark Michalek will speak on the crime trends in the city and beyond.

“The Pueblo Police Department and FBI have a long-term partnership with the Safe Streets Task Force and are working proactively to address gang violence, drug distribution, and other crime,” the City of Pueblo said in its announcement of the press conference.
