(COLORADO SPRINGS) — Spring Break is a popular time to travel but long flights and long car rides can be a literal pain in the neck. Ryan Ann LettBrown, Founder of Natura Bodywork Collective, joined FOX21 Morning News on Tuesday, March 18, to share some stretches that can be done in tight spaces.
LettBrown, a Neuromuscular Massage Therapist, said sitting for a long period of time shortens muscles and stretching can elongate them. Watch the video above to see her demonstrate some simple stretches to make travel more comfortable.
