Why you should file vehicle hail damage claims right away

With hail season picking up again toward the end of April and the beginning of May in Colorado, State Farm has some tips to prepare for the storms.

The insurance agency said to create a home inventory by taking videos of everything in your home and a detailed list of your belongings for potential claims. State Farm also said to create a survival kit, bring pets indoors and secure outdoor items. After the storm, be sure to document damage, watch for scams when it comes to hail repairs and consider upgrading your roof.
