(PUEBLO, Colo.) — Visit Pueblo and the Historic Arkansas Riverwalk of Pueblo has announced the inaugural Pueblo Restaurant Week, a campaign to celebrate Pueblo’s vibrant dining scene and invite the public to indulge in the unique flavors of the area.

According to Visit Pueblo and the Historic Arkansas Riverwalk, the event starts on Monday, Jan. 13, and leads up to the official Pueblo Restaurant Week from Saturday, Feb. 1 through Monday, Feb. 10.

The campaign will spotlight participating restaurants with special promotions, new and signature menu items, and farm-to-table experiences. The campaign is a chance to attract locals and visitors to experience the flavors that make Pueblo a dining destination, according to event organizers.

Pueblo Restaurant Week will also have bingo cards that can be picked up at each participating restaurant, the Greater Pueblo Chamber of Commerce, or downloaded and printed online. Those who spend $25 at participating locations will earn a stamp and any who fill all squares in any linear direction can turn the card into the Greater Pueblo Chamber of Commerce located at 302 North Santa Fe Avenue for a chance to win a $500 cash prize and gift cards from participating restaurants.
