(DENVER) — Colorado Rockies second-year shortstop Ezequiel Tovar joined second-year center fielder Brenton Doyle as Rawlings Gold Glove winners on Sunday night.
Tovar, 23, becomes the youngest shortstop in National League history to win a Gold Glove.
Doyle captures his second Gold Glove in as many big league seasons.
It’s the first time the Rockies have boasted two Gold Glovers, since Nolan Arenado and DJ LeMahieu won in 2018.
