(EL PASO COUNTY, Colo.) — Eastbound Highway 24 closed just west of Manitou Springs, between Wellington Road and Rampart Terrace Road on Sunday, Feb. 16, according to COTrip.
Around 2:20 p.m., COTrip revised the alert to say that the left lane of Eastbound Highway 24 was closed, and slower speeds are advised.
A FOX21 reporter on the scene said that the incident appeared to be a rollover crash that is blocking all eastbound lanes. The reporter observed that a car appeared to be flipped over and other drivers had stopped and were checking inside the car. First responders were just starting to arrive.
