CAÑON CITY, Colo. — It’s official: the 2021 Royal Gorge Whitewater Festival is a wrap!

Organizers with the festival told FOX21 News they expected at least 10-thousand people to attend the two-day event. Pictures show there were plenty of people who stopped by.
