(COLORADO SPRINGS) — The Colorado Springs Police Department (CSPD) is searching for a missing, at-risk 10-year-old last seen in the morning hours of Tuesday, June 18.
According to CSPD, Arthur Skiba was last seen on Tuesday, around 9 a.m. in the area near Sunflower Road and North Cascade Avenue.
Police said Skiba is possibly wearing brown cowboy boots or black/red tennis shoes and may have a black backpack with smiley faces on it.
